Saturday, (July 25th):

— The Brooklyn Green Initiative, is a nonprofit organization committed to establishment, development and long-term stewardship of the Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway. This Saturday, they are hosting The EPIC RIDE, in which you can ride 40-miles along the waterfront’s edge from Greenpoint to Rockaway Beach! Imagine how amazing your quads will look after that (that’s how exercise works right? One awesome workout and you look perfect?)? Imagine all the spectacular sights around the city you’d never discover without this amazing event. The fun doesn’t stop there! They’ll be having the EPIC AFTER PARTY on Rockaway beach boardwalk with bands, food, complimentary beer and a dip in the sea. Today is the last day to register, so do it quickly! http://bit.ly/1rIvQhg.

— It’s our first event in Staten Island! Catalyst is hosting their Community Festival in Faber Park. Catalyst builds excitement around parks and waterfronts by connecting people with common goals and helping to build local leadership in park communities.  http://on.nyc.gov/1HO8y2r.

— “Are you trying to develop a sense of humor or am I going deaf?” I’ve been using this insult since I watched this movie as a kid yearning for adventure. Watch Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom with Rooftop Films out in Coney Island! I’ve been giving you guys a lot of suggestions to go to the beach, but are you guys really that mad about that? Click here for more info: http://bit.ly/1MrTo7n.

Tuesday, (July 28th):

— Spend a nice evening outside with your kids or friends as you enjoy the latest adventure with Hiccup and Toothless in How to Train Your Dragon 2. It’ll be hosted at Swindler Cove at 8 PM. Click here for more info: http://on.nyc.gov/1KpjaIS.
