Our grantee, the Police Athletic League (PAL), is working hard to battle these statistics. Their Youth-Link program is an early intervention strategy that helps young people, who have been in the Family Court system, avoid detention, complete their probation, reconnect to school, and complete job training. Of the participants in PAL‘ s youth-link internship program, 100% do not violate their probation & avoid rearrests.
