Steve Grubbs is the founder of Second Act Media consultancy. Second Act advises emerging tech companies on how best to monetize their products and services across the advertising ecosystem. 

Second Act also advises marketers and producers on media strategy, entertainment related projects, and sports sponsorships. Second Act Media has advised a wide array of companies including Global Content Partners, Brightline LLC, Mirriad, PLC, Katz Media Group, Ad-ID, Intercast Network, Inc. and Prohaska Consulting among others.

Prior to creating Second Act Media in 2010 Steve worked for 32 years in the Omnicom Group of companies. He served in a variety of positions including stints as CEO of OMD USA, CEO of PHD North America and CEO of Omnicom Media Group Entertainment & Sports.
