Staff

NAOMI RYAN, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, joined the Reisenbach Foundation in 2015. She discovered her passion for the nonprofit sector when, as a recent college graduate, she worked at the Jefferson Area Board for Aging (JABA) in Charlottesville, Virginia. Subsequently, Naomi expanded the grants program at Children, Incorporated, and, as the grants officer for the Blue Moon Fund, she collaborated with grantees running environmental and economic development projects in Asia, Latin America, and the United States. She holds a BA in classics and mathematics from Skidmore and an MPA from Harvard.

RAHEL TEKOLA, PROGRAM OFFICER, spent four years in Dallas working at the intersection of domestic violence and poverty. In her role as Chief of Staff to the CEO and advocate for women and children who have been victims of violence, she worked to make sure clients received full services, counseling and education to a stable life free of violence. She also worked to garner partnerships and funding from multi-national corporations and foundations. During her time in Dallas she also served on the Mayor’s Star Council to revitalize Southern Dallas and the City of Dallas Domestic Violence Task Force. Rahel is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration at Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs with a concentration in Urban Development.

EMMA WORTH, DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, has been working in nonprofit development in the New York for over 10 years.  She worked for seven years in Membership and Programs at the Harvard Business School Club of New York, whose mission is both to connect HBS Alumni through its programming and to impact the Greater New York community through pro-bono consulting and the Community Partners Program.  Thereafter, she worked at French Heritage Society (FHS), a nonprofit focused in historic preservation of French and French-inspired architecture through its grants and educational programs. As Membership and Events Manager at FHS, she oversaw an extensive program of events, trips and fundraising Galas and grew the FHS member base substantially.  She was introduced to the Reisenbach Foundation through her work as a consultant (Revelr, Inc.) for the JAR team’s preparation for the 25th Anniversary Gala. She was immediately drawn by Foundation’s mission and is now enthused to join the team in support of a safer and better New York! Emma’s bachelor’s degree is from Princeton.
