Amanda Richman is a respected leader in the advertising and media industry, renowned for accelerating digital growth at global networks including WPP, Publicis, Interpublic and Time Warner.

Most recently, Richman served as CEO of Mindshare, leading an agency-wide transformation that aligned seven offices and 1500 colleagues around a new vision, operating model, and enhanced data and commerce capabilities. Prior to Mindshare, Amanda served as the U.S. CEO of Wavemaker, where she led the merger of two GroupM companies into a modern media agency, winning $1B in media billings.

Richman is the principal of Accelerate LLC, a consultancy focused on accelerating paths to growth. She currently serves as Executive-in-Residence at the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Progress Partners, and Board member at Wpromote, an independent performance marketing agency.
